These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of NG Engine, a CRM platform provided to you as part of your subscription with Next Generation Gym Owners (“Next Gen”). By subscribing to NG Engine, you agree to the following:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of NG Engine, a CRM platform provided to you as part of your subscription with Next Generation Gym Owners (“Next Gen”). By subscribing to NG Engine, you agree to the following:

1. Setup Fee

  • A $499 one-time setup fee is required for all new NG Engine accounts. For Premier Academy clients, the one-time setup fee is waived.

  • This setup fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you continue your subscription or choose to cancel.

2. Initial Account Setup & Included Workflows

As part of your setup, Next Gen will configure your NG Engine account with:

  1. Email autoresponder workflow for class opt-ins.

  2. Birthday party autoresponder workflow.

3. Included Systems & Resources

We provide access to base-level guides and training, including:

  • How to set up social media accounts inside NG Engine.

  • How to pull the code and set up chat widgets for websites.

  • How to build basic workflows in NG Engine.

4. Support & Outsourcing Options

  • Cheer Gym Marketing will provide base-level support for your NG Engine account during standard business hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • For more advanced or custom workflow builds, we can refer you to trusted third-party service providers for outsourcing. Outsourced services may be obtained, and are not included in your NG Engine subscription fee.

5. Additional Snapshots & Features

  • Additional NG Engine snapshots (pre-built systems and workflows) may be available for purchase at a separate price.

6. Subscription & Account Ownership

  • NG Engine is provided to Next Gen Academy members at the current subscription rate. Grandfathered members may upgrade their account to obtain these features.

  • If you cancel your Next Gen Academy membership, you may continue your NG Engine subscription at a separate “fair market value” rate in effect at that time.

  • Your account will remain a Sub-Account under Next Generation Gym Owners' main agency account.

7. SMS & Email Usage

  • Your NG Engine subscription includes a standard limit for SMS messaging and email marketing.

  • Separate rates will apply if your usage exceeds the included limits. Overages will be billed at the current rates for SMS and email credits. You can find your current rates in the billing section of your customer account. You may also obtain invoices and charges there.

8. Modifications

  • Next Gen reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or through your NG Engine account.

9. Agreement

By paying your setup fee and/or using NG Engine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
